- Steno Typist cum Computer Operator : Bachelor’s or equivalent degree. The shorthand should have a speed of 70 and 45 words per minute in English and Bengali respectively and the speed of words per minute in computer typing should be 25 and 30 words per minute in Bengali and English respectively.
- Office Assistant cum Computer Operator : HSC Pass. The speed of words per minute in computer typing is 20 and 20 words in Bengali and English respectively.
- Data Entry Operator : HSC Pass. The speed of words per minute in computer typing is 20 and 20 words in Bengali and English respectively.
